If you don't live in the UK, go to a UK proxy:

that works and type in Stardoll.com and log in
In the proxy bar, put this link in it:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/do/campaign/jb.php?watch=1

You'll go to a blank page and that's normal and once
it has loaded you can leave to proxy/site and go into
stardoll. The item should be in your suite
